INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Little Snake River Conservation District (LSRCD and hereinafter Owner) will receive sealed bids for an addition to their office located at 285 N. Penland St. Baggs, WY. Sealed bids will be received by the Owner in their office located at 285 N. Penland, Baggs, Wyoming until 4:00 P.M. July 11, 2008. Properly received bids will be opened and reviewed by the Owner at their regular meeting on July 14, 2008 at the Drifter's Inn Conference Room in Baggs, WY. The contract may be awarded on July 14, 2008 or at a time and place determined by the Owner.
Plans are available at the office of DJ Designs, 118 N 2nd Saratoga, Wyoming (Telephone: 307.326.8837) on June 23, 2008. Alternatively, plans are available at the Owners office on June 25, 2008. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing date and time for receipt of bids, for at least thirty (30) days. The LSRCD Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive irregularities in the bidding, and to accept the bid that they determine best meets the needs of the Board of Supervisors.
