Steamboat Springs’ Jack Dysart returns a salute to the Sideboys, while being “piped over the side,” a Navy tradition for those going ashore for the last time. Dysart was given a formal retirement ceremony Jan. 7 on the flight deck of the USS Midway in San Diego. Dysart served 40 years in the Navy.
