Gov. Bill Ritter, third from right, shovels ceremonial dirt at Wednesday’s groundbreaking at the Peetz Table Wind Energy Center, which will become the nation’s second-largest wind farm. Located near the northeastern Colorado town of Peetz in rural Logan County, the wind farm will generate 400 megawatts of electricity with 267 wind turbines.
