NO, because all of it would be spent on the front range to support growth, which will suck more water from the western slope and on I-70 get more skiers to freeway ski areas. The current state highway budget for NW Colorado demonstrates how much the state cares about us. Maybe the new Gov should trim back some of his handout program plans.
