On Lost mountain biker found, not injured

uhh.. there ARE trails deemed usable for Mountain Biking out there by the way...

Obviously he didn't STAY on the trail.. or something. I go out biking all alone sometimes but I always let someone know where I am going and how long I should be. I also bring my cell phone.

Generally if its a longer ride or one I haven't done, I will not go alone - common sense.

I'm glad he's safe!

its unfortunate that I do indeed need to drive into town still..
Steamboat is too expensive so I own a place out of town.

Sorry that 20 miles of County Roads with no shoulders then a 65 MPH highway just doesn't seem to be a safe commute for me and my dog.

When I did live in town, I biked and walked everywhere.. we really really need a shuttle for South Routt!

as a mountain biker, it sucks getting thrown into the category of "cyclist"
ROADS ARE NOT PLAYGROUNDS

I can't tell you how many times I've passed riders on 131 3 abreast at least. Or the lady with her baby in the trailer behind her.. no helmets!!

I stick to the trails, because I'd rather not risk my life. Biking on the highways just isn't fun, its dangerous!

KPA Productions is Kelly Anzalone's video business. He has many of the Cabaret performances, Ski Town Productions etc. Look him up I'm sure he'd have a copy of this years at some point in the near future after some editing :)

i still think its funny how our legal system lets people plead not guilty for something they are clearly guilty of. I'm just saddened poor Brianna never got to grow up, make friends, go to school etc :( its a shame
