She's an idiot no doubt, but given the recent issues facing the OCPD he was certainly overzealous and his judgment\motive should be questioned. He knew it was Cargo so he chose to force his way in. If it was an unknown suspect he could easily have been shoot not waiting for backup. She’s guilty and he needs to be reprimanded and educated or find a new line of work.

Mr BG is correct, the 5 ac lots will be assessed at the residential rate once the building is built. It is unusual but I guess the homeowners\Temple of Marabou have agree to it. I must admit that is pretty nice of them, would have been very easy for them to fight it and go the way of Storm Mountain or Jack Taylor's property up in Strawberry park.

No I think Marabou runs their own “herd”. Each homeowner get 2 filets, a pot roast,10lbs of marabou hamburger and a $40,000 tax break.
