The schools already have ESL teachers that work daily with all ESL students (including kindergarten).

Yes, more sour grapes. You should be ashamed of yourself! Pretending you are putting kids first when you are the one being vindictive…pretty sad! Get your facts straight and grow up.

The only thing I see worth petitioning here is printing articles that are such a waste. Obviously Dim is not as dim or sour as the sour grapes from SOS. Get over it and move on with life.

I can't understand why this letter or what ever it is was even printed in the paper. What a waste.

The size of the parking lot is much smaller due to the construction and student enrolment is up this year compared to previous years. Once additional classrooms are added it seems the numbers will continue to go up. The issue will not go away on its own. There needs to be a change for now concerning safety and congestion as well as continued growth. I also agree cell phones should be turned off and students should ride the bus or carpool.

I am sure we can all find pros and cons for full day and half day. Why is the push for next school year instead of the following year? It just seems too rushed. I understand the idea of full day is nothing new and the idea of full day in Steamboat is nothing new. It seems like more time is needed especially now with construction. Seems like more time would make more sense… for creating a new program within the district as well as definite completion of additional classrooms, financing, staffing, etc. Construction looks good, but do we know what will be 100% completed by next school year (giving room for weather and the possibility of unforeseen complications).

Rusk and Kozatch are great! Matter of fact…..Connelly too….but I am not looking into people's cars. Any how, people CAN put signs in their yards based on their own views….right? Sound to me like more sour grapes from the SOS losers.
