In no way a supporter of Ethanol, I just wanted to provide some justification for 85.

In the Rocky Mountain (high altitude) states, 85 octane is the minimum octane and 91 is the maximum octane available in fuel. The reason for this is that in higher-altitude areas, a typical combustion engine draws in less air per cycle due to the reduced density of the atmosphere. This directly translates to reduced absolute compression in the cylinder, therefore deterring knock. It is safe to fill up a car with a carburetor that normally takes 87 AKI fuel at sea level with 85 AKI fuel in the mountains, but at sea level the fuel may cause damage to the engine

You are incorrect. Mr. Cook has obligations for AH that are being maintained.

Do you have a source for assertion or are you just using you pie hole to spread misinformation?

I am sure you are aware of the disagreements that surround the ordering of the books, Matt.

Published date versus story chronology versus the best order for literary comprehension.

There is no right or wrong on this one. From a publication standpoint, “Prince Caspian” is the second book.

Please keep in mind that most of the time we will be able to accomodate groups playing 18 holes. This will be determined on a day to day basis depending on how busy the course is. Many of the holes will also be cart path only during this time. We will be offering a 10% discount on green fees during the season. We apologize for any inconvienence and hope that you will still consider our course during your stay. Please contact the golf shop with any questions or concerns. (970)-879-1391.

Hard Road to Hoe came into usage in the 1800's after a political cartoon was published concerning a Presidential Election.

It has been used (or misused) by many including in public speeches since then. It is considered acceptable as meaning you have a tough journey ahead.

SS-

It is illegal to install a real estate transfer tax over all sales in Steamboat under Tabor. The only way a transfer tax can be created is through annexation or consent of the property owner. Some of the new developments in downtown have self created transfer taxes to benefit certain projects including the arts and the Winter Sports Club.

The City has no property tax. The addition of new homes with the services they require, snowplowing, fire, police etc. is a money loser, regardless to increases in revenue due to sales tax increases.

It has nothing to do with the effectiveness or efficiencies of the City operations.
