Prickly Pedal Tapping Party

Mountain Tap Brewery, 910 Yampa St., 103
Mountain Tap Brewery and Routt County Riders tap up a collaboration brew, Prickly Pedal. The Flattops will provide live bluegrass music, and Routt County Riders will be on-hand to provide cycling, trail and membership information. Mountain Tap will donate $1 from every Prickly Pedal sold to Routt County Riders.

Snowboard Community Celebration

Join Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club at the Steamboat Social Club to celebrate the Steamboat snowboard community with a variety of Olympians. Enjoy pizza and other refreshments as well as a screening of Taylor Gold’s project ,”Home Break 2: A Pipe Dream,” filmed in Steamboat. Admission is free, and donations are encouraged to support the future of Steamboat’s snowboard programs and help the next generation of athletes keep pushing the limits of the sport.

Paint and Sip and other activities

Come relax, sip and create as organizers guide patrons of all skill levels in a step-by-step process to paint a UFO masterpiece. All art supplies included for the $45 admission a fun and inspiring experience. The space will also host a free video game competition from 9-11 p.m. Friday as well as a free board game night from 7-9 p.m. Saturday.

Heads all Empty

Local band Heads All Empty will cover the esteemed Grateful Dead in a performance at the press. Featuring John Miller on keys, Willie Samuelson on bass, Job Gibbs on guitar, Gabe Hedstrom on drums, and JR Adams on guitar and vocals.

Get ready for a paws-itively adorable event. The Easter Bunny is making a special stop at Steamboat Ace Hardware for Picture Your Pet with the Easter Bunny, benefiting Routt County Humane Society. Admission is free, and a $15 suggested donation supports RCHS’s lifesaving programs. Two-legged family members are welcome to join in the fun, and we’ll have snacks for both humans and pups to enjoy. Don’t miss this chance to capture a sweet springtime memory while helping local animals in need.

Schism w/ Speak of the Devil

The Bud Light Rocks the Boat free concert series sees a second performance on the weekend. Julian Junior Marvin first joined Bob Marley & the Wailers in 1977 and has released multiple albums with The Wailers ever since Marley’s passing, bringing his spirit to every show the group performs.
