Love Life celebrates first year at Oct. 11 party
The Love Life Sober Living home for women in Steamboat Springs is celebrating its successful first year with a One-Year Anniversary Party on Oct. 11 including refreshments and inspiring testimonial stories from women residents whose lives have been changed.
The celebration will be 6-7 p.m. Oct. 11 at SBNY store at 831 Lincoln Ave. Any purchase made at the store or online at sb-ny.com on Oct. 11 will be matched as a 100% donation to Love Life.
The faith-based home opened in October 2023 as a partner to the successful Travis House for men in Steamboat. The Love Life vision is to help change the course of women’s lives so they have the skills and heart to meet the needs of their children, spouses and community.
“I have been able to see women go from the brink of death and/or incarceration to fully active members of our community,” Love Life Executive Director Chynna Wallace said. “They are healing relationships with family and serving others all while loving life.”
