Mama Magnolia plays Friday at the final Stranahan’s Free Summer Concert Series

Mama Magnolia will play Friday for the Stranahan’s Free Summer Concert Series.

The free event will be at the base of Steamboat Resort. The show will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the Bella Arce Band opening, and Mama Magnolia will take the stage at 7 p.m.

The show will mark the final performance of the Stranahan’s Free Summer Concert Series lineup. Mama Magnolia consists of Megan Letts on vocals, Alex Cazet on saxophone, Thomas Jennings on guitar, Jackson Hillmer on percussion, Carrie McCune on trumpet and Zach Jackson on bass.



The group, which is known for its deep indie, soul, jazz and funk elements, has played in Steamboat Springs several times before and developed a following in the Yampa Valley. For more about the free concert, Steamboat.com/things-to-do.
