New online payment solution offers convenience to Steamboat Springs School District parents, guardians

The Steamboat Springs School District has implemented a new online payment system, SchoolCash Online, that makes it easier and more convenient for parents/guardians to pay student activity and registration fees.

Secure and easy-to-use, SchoolCash offers 24/7 shopping convenience to parents and guardians who can manage all their children’s school activity fees with a single account. They can receive email notifications as new items become available for purchase and can access their account history at any time to view activity and print receipts as needed.

It will also provide significant time savings for teachers and administrative staff who will spend less time handling cash in classrooms and offices.

“SchoolCash Online provides numerous benefits to our entire school community in terms of convenience, time-savings and risk reduction,” said Val Dietrich, office manager at Steamboat Springs Middle School. “By providing a contactless option we’ve eliminated the need for students to carry cash to school, thereby upholding our health and safety protocols.”

SchoolCash Online also offers a guest option so that members of the public can make online donations to the Steamboat Springs School District and automatically receive tax receipts.

Parents and guardians and members of the public can access SchoolCash Online account by visiting SchoolCashOnline.
