One Happy Camper grants available for summer

One Happy Camper grants are available to Colorado families with children entering grades 1-12 who are first-time campers.

Applicants must plan to attend a Jewish overnight camp for at least 12 consecutive days. Grants can be used at any of the three Jewish overnight camps in Colorado or from a selection of more than 155 eligible Jewish camps nationwide. Campers attending for 12-19 days may receive a $700 grant, and those attending for more than 19 days are eligible for a $1,000 grant.

In 2024, JewishColorado awarded more than $132,000 to 144 first-time campers who attended 32 camps across the country.
