Routt County Cattlemen’s Association to host 6th Annual Cattledog Trial
The Routt County Cattlemen’s Association will hold its 6th annual Cattledog Trial from 8 a.m-3 p.m. Sept. 14-15 at the Romick Arena in Steamboat.
Dog handlers and dogs from across the country attend and run dogs through a course herding cattle. The event serves as a fundraiser for Future Farmers of America and 4-H programs while raising awareness of agricultural heritage.
Admission is free.
